Poor to moderate dinner with same quality and options. Poor to moderate internet connection with loss of signal at times. Noisy at times. Poor facilities. There is not adequate training for emergency prepardness to personnel.

I’ve had less than satisfactory experiences during my visits. The rooms had an unpleasant chemicals odor, and the furniture seemed quite old and worn. The responsiveness of the staff was also limited. It might be worth considering other options. My rating would likely be around 1 or 2 stars.

Service was very poor and the room had a smell of insecticide spray which was very disturbing, despite all that. The balcony door was stuck and didnt open at all so I had to go to the balcony from the living room. Personally from my experience today I dont know why this hotel has 5 star in my opinion 3 stars will be more fair.

Reluctantly have to give this hotel 2 stars despite various positives. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night. The hotel quality is great, it’s clean, and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately, one of the rooms did not have working AC. After phoning reception 3 times they attempted to fix it to no avail. I then went downstairs to reception at 1am and they insisted it will work at which point I argued that it hasn’t worked all day and it certainly will not work now. They then moved our room 2 doors down. That room also did not have working AC at which point I gave up. On top of that, the room we were originally in, and the room we were moved to, were not deluxe rooms. The other room we booked for our parents had working AC and was a deluxe room. Unfortunately, the AC was centrally turned off for that room at 6am. All in all a good hotel let down significantly by their AC issues in peak July summer weather. It was a very hot night.

Since it is five stars hotel, I rated it 2 out of 5 The hotel is well located in near very everything. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the hotel. Sound isolation is okay. Room size is very big. It has everything on it. Staff is very kind and excellent. Bed is not comfortable. Breakfast is bad. Wifi is bad. Bathroom smiles very bad. The lighting is not good in bathroom. However, the water pressure is very good. Elevators is confusing and shakes a lot during utilizing it. The furniture is average and comparable at all with any 5 stars hotels.

The breakfast was very bad, as it is said there is no rich Turkish breakfast. The staff is not friendly, as if they are working hard. I definitely do not recommend. You hear the voice from the main road front of the hotel. Staff is not helpfull. I stayed in Hilton before its better than this hotel.

Dirty sheets, unwelcoming staff and one star hotel breakfast.. the only good things is the location and the size of the room ! They didn’t clean the room for 4 nights! They changed the towels only“ it was smelly and very old” and adding water.. the dirty cups stayed until the last day without washing!
